1. Business Overview
Kali’s Tales is a freelance art studio and shop run by artists, specializing in personalized baby portraits, nursery art, and children’s products. Most products are handmade or custom-designed.

2. Orders​

  • Digital products are instantly downloaded via email within  the same day of purchase

  • Delivery time of custom digital products depends on complexity, usually takes 2-7 business days

  • Physical baby products are shipped via standard postal or courier services within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Print on demand products for shipment worldwide are processed according to Printful and Printify termsn

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment is securely processed through 2Checkout.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Digital products: Delivered electronically; no shipping is required.

  • Physical products: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon shipment. Tracking information will be provided whenever possible.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital, personalised and print od demand products: Non-refundable once delivered

  • Baby outfits and accesories: Refunds or exchanges are offered for damaged or defective items only. Customers must contact Kali’s Tales via email within 14 days of delivery.

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins by contacting info@kalistales.com.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Kali’s Tales. Customers receive a license for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed. You can purchase a licence as an add on to your product order 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Kali’s Tales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.

All products are made with care or digitally designed with attention to details. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of hand drawn items and printing processes.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or distributed. In case you need a commercial licence for any of the digital products, feel free to contact us at info@kalistales.com at our social media accounts with link of the products you are interested at 

 

2. Payment

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.
Prices listed on the site include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on destination and product type. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties applicable in their country.

 

4. Returns and Refunds
