Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order!
Your satisfaction means a lot to us. We understand how important it is to receive products that meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing you with high-quality items and excellent service. Baby clothing and accesories 

  • We offer refunds if the item is defective or damaged right upon arrival due to transportation issues.

  • We  offer exchanges for clothing items (e.g. if the size doesn’t fit), or any other item from our shop

  • To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original tags packaging.

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 Digital Products & Custom Orders

  • Due to the nature of digital products and personalized items,​

    • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for:

      • Digital downloads (e.g. printable posters or digital portraits)

      • Customized or personalized items

 

Traditional art, handmade products and paintings

  • If the item or art is personalised and custom made, refund of 50% can be issued if you are not in love with the art we made. The other 50% stays with us for the time, work and effort put into it. We communicate with the customer before creating the product to set directions and details and after completing it to make sure that you are in love with what you ordered and that you know what you will be receiving before having it at your door :)​

  • Traditional art and handmade products which are not custom made can be refunded or exchanged 7 days upon the customer received the item only if damaged during transportation

Print on demand products (Tshirts, mugs, physical posters, hoodies)

  • Our print-on-demand products, such as personalized printables and apparel fulfilled by Printful, are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items due to their customized nature.

  • If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will work with you and Printful to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund in valid cases.

  • Please review product details carefully before ordering. If you have questions about customization or product specifications, feel free to reach out.
