1. Ordering & Custom Products

Q: How do I place a custom portrait order?
A: Choose your preferred portrait product, select the options (size, style, details), and complete your order. After purchase, we’ll contact you via email to discuss your custom details.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: We start processing orders quickly, so changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Q: How long does it take to create a custom portrait?
A: Portraits are created based on our availability and current order queue. Typically, it takes 2–7 days, but more complex or high-volume orders may take longer. We can discuss delivery time upon order confirmation

 

2. Pricing & Payment

Q: In which currencies can I pay?
A: Prices are displayed in USD and payments are processed securely via 2Checkout/Verifone Cloud.

Q: Are taxes or VAT included?
A: For domestic orders, applicable VAT is included. For international orders, any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Most orders ship from Macedonia, while some items are fulfilled via Printful locations (see the product description).

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: Who is responsible if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage is out of our hands. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos—we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product?
A:

  • Non-custom items: You may return items within 14 days if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition, tags and packaging. 

  • Custom/personalized items and print on demand products: These are non-refundable, so please review your order carefully.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Contact us immediately with photos and details. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

 

5. Other Questions

Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: Yes! Choose the gift packaging option at checkout to have your item beautifully wrapped. You can also include a card with a personal note. Unfortunately gift packaging is not available for Print on demand products

Q: How is my personal data used?

1. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer refunds only for damaged or defective items.
Clothing items can be exchanged for a different size or other available item if returned in original, unworn condition.
No refunds or exchanges are available for digital downloads, customized or handmade products.

 

2. Do you accept returns on print-on-demand items?

Print-on-demand products (fulfilled by Printful) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

 

3. How long does shipping take?

        Macedonia: 1-2 business days 

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

  • International Print-on-demand (via Printful):

    • USA: 3–6 business days

    • Europe: 5–9 business days

    • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

 

5. How do I download my digital product?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a download link via email or through your account on our site.

 

6. Can I customize a product?

Yes! We offer personalized items. Please check the product description or contact us for custom requests.

 

7. I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once shipped, we can’t change the delivery address, except for local orders made in Macedonia
